Want to be an innkeeper? This is the best bed and breakfast seminar.

INNKEEPING AS A PROFESSION (IAP) is a two-day seminar designed to provide you with a behind-the-scenes look into the innkeeping lifestyle. It's a weekend that could launch you into a new life!
Saturday and Sunday, January 27 & 28, 2007 at the Irvine Marriott in Orange County, CA

Spend two days immersed in the bed and breakfast industry
This informative and inspirational seminar is a rare chance to step behind the scenes and hear what it's really like to run a quality bed & breakfast inn. Innkeepers from all over the state come to give you their perspectives on this growing business and to help you learn from their experience.

Learn from a wide range of perspectives
The bed & breakfast business is as individual as the inns themselves. This is a rare chance to hear the stories of inns that are large and small, urban and rural, upscale and down-home.

Come prepared! Have in mind your most pressing questions
There is lots of time scheduled for questions and answers and one-on-one discussion. You'll hear innkeepers' views during structured panel discussions and then you can continue the conversation over lunch.

Do all your research in one place
We do the legwork and bring the most direct source of bed & breakfast information to you in one place. The innkeepers themselves provide an invaluable resource for you on subjects including making the transition to the bed & breakfast industry: financing, laws and regulations, marketing and daily operations, decorating and guest relations. Why settle for one opinion when you can get several?
At the conclusion of your workshop

Join us at the Innkeepers' Reception
- Shop with industry suppliers
- Enjoy hors d'oeuvres and wine at InnSpire 2007 Trade Show!
- Lunch with speakers is included both Saturday and Sunday.
